VICTORVILLE, CA (Pain in the pass)>> One lane will be closed on northbound Interstate 15 for about three days starting this evening due to construction, Caltrans officials said.
The closure will be in place between the D Street exit to the Stoddard Wells Road exit from 6pm Monday night to 9 am Thursday, according to Caltrans
Weather may affect how long the closure stays in place.
The I-15 D Street interchange project that began in March 2016 has experienced some delay.
Caltrans officials said the bridge project is expected to be completed this fall.
Some improvements that they are going is widening of bridges spanning over D Street, E Street and the Mojave River.
Also building a new frontage road west of the highway which will link Stoddard Wells Road to E Street and serve as the new southbound off-ramp.
