CAJON PASS, CA (Pain In The Pass) >> California Highway Patrol officials have planned to implement multiple traffic breaks on Sunday morning.
CHP Officers will assist with Diversified Utilities who is contracted by Edison for line pulls as they restring power lines across the 15 freeway between Highway 138 to Sierra Avenue in both directions.
However, officers are advising motorists to be prepared for traffic to back up on the 15 freeway in the Cajon Pass.
Advises Motorists To Prepare For Traffic up to 10-30 minute delay each traffic break this Sunday morning.
If you think to bypass this on Hwy 138 or the side roads like Cajon Blvd (old Route 66), think again both Highway and street will have traffic too and the delays can be worse than the freeway.
All work should be done by 11am.
