SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A three vehicle crash caused one vehicle to roll over just after Inland Center Drive in San Bernardino Friday afternoon on southbound Interstate 215.

The accident was reported at 4:19pm on Friday October 23, 2020.

California Highway Patrol, and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the incident. The accident temporarily blocked the #1, 2, and the #3 lanes.

Firefighters had to extricate the driver out of the one vehicle. The driver was transported by ambulance to Loma Linda University Medical Center in unknown condition.

The vehicles involved in the crash were a black pickup truck that rolled over unknown make and model on. The second vehicle was a sliver car unknown make and model with heavy damage. The third vehicle was a white Ford F-250 pickup truck.

This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Office.

CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available.
