CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> One of two people injured this morning when their pickup truck crashed and rolled over on Interstate 15 in the Cajon Pass Monday morning.

The solo-vehicle crash involving a white Ford Ranger pickup truck was reported about 5:50 am. It happened on the southbound side of Interstate 15 near the truck escape ramp, about a mile before Highway 138 exit, according to the California Highway Patrol.

One person was transported by ground ambulance to an area hospital for treatment of unknown injuries. The other person was not seriously injured from reports from the San Bernardino Fire Department.

It was unclear what caused the crash.

The wreckage appeared to be confined to the right shoulder, CHP did issue a SIG Alert for the clean up.

This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Inland Office.

CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available.
