SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> One person is hospitalized after a mid morning rollover crash on southbound Interstate 15.
California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the incident of the roll-over crash. The vehicle involved in the crash was a blue Hyundai Elantra, upside down blocking the fast lane. Along with a gray Kia Optima with damage from the debris from the rollover crash. The crash was reported about 9:32pm, Tuesday June 22, 2021. Southbound Interstate 15 just after Glen Helen Parkway exit. The driver was reported to be the only person injured at the scene.
The driver was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. For reasons still under investigation, the car lost control, hit the yellow attenuators, and rolled over. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Inland Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available.
