BARSTOW, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> One set of a double-tanker trailers overturned Thursday afternoon on northbound Interstate 15 Freeway in Barstow. The Pneumatic/Dry Bulk Tank trailer was reported to be empty, resulting in no injuries, authorities said.
California Highway Patrol and a heavy duty tow truck responded to the incident. The crash occurred about 1:16pm on Northbound I-15 just before L Street exit on July 8, 2021, blocking the slow lane for several hours.
The collision will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Barstow Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available. Please check back for updates on this incident.
