CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A vehicle crash between the big rig tractor and the first set of trailers (set of doubles). This left the vehicle to became wedged stuck underneath the trailer, according to responding emergency crews.

California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic accident. The accident was reported at about 8:35am, Sunday September 5, 2021. Southbound Interstate 15 between Cleghorn and Kenwood Avenue exit. It was reported to be a two vehicle crash blocking the slow lane. A white Scion XB compact car lost control, hit the side of a passing big rig pulling a set of doubles trailers. The Scion was lodged under the trailer and was dragged for about a hundred feet as the driver of the big rig brought it to a stop on the right shoulder.

No injuries were reported at the scene. CHP had to issue a SIG-Alert for the slow lane for about 2 hours for the removal of the vehicle from the trailer. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Office.
