CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A three-vehicle accident on northbound Interstate 15 Saturday morning blocked lanes on the freeway for more than 90 minutes and sent two people to the hospital with minor injuries.
California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic accident. The accident was reported at about 12:39am, Saturday September 11, 2021. The crash location was on northbound Interstate 15 between Highway 138 and Oak Hill Road exits. It was reported to be a three vehicle crash blocking the fast lane, middle lanes and with debris all over the traffic lanes.
From reports from the CHP traffic log, one person in a white car (unknown make and model) was blocking the middle lane and was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital with head injuries. Another person in a gray pickup truck (unknown make and model) was blocking the left lane, was also transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital, also with head injuries. The semi driver involved waz reported to be okay. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Office.
