APPLE VALLEY, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> No injuries were reported in a vehicle fire that occurred on southbound Interstate 15 just before Dale Evans Parkway Monday morning.
California Highway Patrol and Apple Valley Fire Department were getting calls of a white SUV on fire. The vehicle was located less than a mile before Dale Evens Pkwy exit on the right shoulder. The car fire happened on September 13, 2021 about 6:35am. The vehicle on fire was reported a Chevrolet Tahoe. California Highway Patrol and firefighters were on the scene and had to temporarily shut down the slow lane while they worked on getting the vehicle fire put out.
Everybody did escape the vehicle before it became fully engulfed. No injuries were reported at the scene. The cause of the vehicle fire is unknown at this time.
