California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic crash. Brian Sanchez, 23 year-old resident of El Monte was killed in the solo roll-over crash, according to the San Bernardino County Coroner’s office.
For unknown reasons CHP said, Brain allowed his Honda Civic to drift to the left shoulder, entering the dirt median, where he lost control, over-corrected, then rolled over off the right shoulder and crashing into a tree.
The Barstow Office of the California Highway Patrol is investigating the collision.
