PHELAN, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> One person sustained injuries following a two vehicle crash on Highway 138 Friday evening.
California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic collision. The incident happened at about 4:47pm Friday November 5, 2021, on westbound lanes of Highway 138 at Interstate 15.
Reports from the CHP traffic log, the two vehicles involved in the crash were a blue Toyota Tundra pickup truck with heavy front end damage and a orange Kia Soul with driver side damage. One person was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital, with minor injuries. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Office. Additional details were limited at this time.
