PHELAN, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A rollover crash on Highway 138 (Hesperia side) sends two people to the hospital.
The crash happened at 6:16pm Friday November 12, 2021. Location was about a mile from Interstate 15 at the sharp turn of the highway on the Hesperia side. California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic crash, they reported a female and a child trapped inside a gray Dodge Journey.
From what the CHP traffic log reported, the Dodge hit the back of a horse trailer that was pulled by another vehicle, then the Dodge rolled over on the highway. Emergency crews had to extract the individuals and transport them to a local hospital for treatment.
The incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Inland Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available. Additional details were limited at this time.
