CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A Pain In The Pass Facebook Group member showcased his patriotism on a rainy Southern California morning.
David Soto a resident of Victorville was commuting down the Cajon Pass on southbound Interstate 15 Wednesday morning near the truck escape ramp. This is when he came across an American flag laying on the shoulder of the freeway. He said on his way to work he couldn’t pass it again, so David saw the flag and stopped on a rainy Thursday morning to pick it up.
Soto, who has family and friends in the military, pulled over to pick up the wet American flag and made sure it was folded the proper way before returning to his vehicle. Soto says that the American flag has still not been claimed by its owner. So lets give him recognition and praise for his kind and patriotic actions. At his time Soto has received tons of thanks on social media for the patriotic duty.
