HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >>Update they have postponed roadwork on Tuesday March 15, Wednesday March 16, and Thursday March 17, 2022 on Summit Valley Road between 8am and 5pm* each day. The closure will be between Ranchero Rd/Hesperia Airport and Highway 138.
Summit Valley Road project has been postponed to April 12 & 13, due to supply issues with the materials needed for the project. Barring any more issues, or inclement weather, we will again be placing a message boards on April 4th.
This closure will allow crews to pave parts of the roadway. No detours will be posted so use Ranchero Road to Interstate 15 or use Hwy 173 to Hwy 138 to bypass this closure.
*Times can subject to change and could go longer or shorter than planned each day.
Local Residence and Emergency Personal will be allowed access only. Please use caution and remember to reduce your speed when approaching and driving through the construction zones if you living in the area. Schedules are subject to change due to inclement weather or construction issues.
