VICTORVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Driver was seriously injured in a solo vehicle rollover crash that sent the vehicle into the center divider.
California Highway Patrol and Victorville Fire Department received calls for a single vehicle rollover crash. The vehicle was a sliver Ford Ranger pickup truck that rolled-over multiple times. The vehicle landed on it side near the center divider of northbound Interstate 15 just before La Mesa/Nisqualli Road. The crash happened about 7:06pm on Friday April 15, 2022.
When CHP and firefighters responded to the scene, they located one person that was ejected from the vehicle. Firefighters also requested a medical helicopter to transport to a local trauma hospital. The medical helicopter landed at Desert Valley Hospital, Mercy Air #22 airlifted the driver to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. The drivers condition was unknown at this time.
There are no other details released at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Victorville Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available.
