PHELAN, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> No one was seriously injured during a two-vehicle head-on crash that happened Monday morning on Highway 138.
The crash happened at about 6:04am Monday April 25, 2021. About a mile from Interstate 15 at the sharp turn of the highway. The crash was on the Hesperia side of Hwy 138.
California Highway Patrol, and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to accident. They located a white Ford F250 pickup truck and a white Toyota Tacoma flat bed pickup truck.
For reasons still under investigation, the Toyota lost control, hit the Ford. The incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Inland Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available. Please check back for updates on this incident.
