CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A motorcycle rider was injured Friday afternoon in the Cajon Pass.
California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic collision. They reported the crash at about 4:37pm Friday May 13, 2022, on northbound Interstate 15 just before Cleghorn Road. Two vehicles involved in the collision was a Toyota Camry and a motorcycle.
Three lanes were blocked for about 45 minutes and traffic was building all the way to Sierra Avenue.
Emergency crews said the rider with unknown injuries was transported by ambulance to a local hospital. The driver of the sedan was not injured. The incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Inland Office. CHP said additional information will be updated as it becomes available. Details were limited at this time.
