HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A three vehicle crash on Summit Valley Road in Hesperia Wednesday evening sent three people to the hospital.

California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department were called to the scene at about 6:35pm Wednesday, July 6, 2022. The crash was located on Summit Valley Road about 3 miles west of Hesperia Airport. It was reported to be a three vehicle crash. With pictures from the scene it looks to be a head-on collision. The vehicles involved were two white cars with heavy front-end damage and a green Jeep that rolled over multiple times.
Firefighters rendered aid to all the people involved in the crash. Rescue crews requested two helicopters to transport two with serious injuries. One person a driver of the white car was transported by Reach Air Medical #13 helicopter at the scene to Loma Linda University Medical Center. The other driver of the other white car was transported by CHP helicopter #82 at the airport to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. One person in the Jeep was reported to be pregnant and was transported by ground ambulance to be checked out.
It was reported that a total of 4 people inside the Jeep and one person each in the other two white vehicles. No other injuries were reported.
The incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Victorville Office. CHP said additional information will be updated as it becomes available. Additional details were limited at this time.
