BAKER, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A pedestrian killed after been reported hit by two vehicles at the Baker Boulevard onramp in the town of Baker Sunday morning.
The incident happened at about 4:23am July 31, 2022 on southbound Interstate 15 at the end of the onramp. When CHP arrived on the scene, they found a pedestrian that was hit and was unresponsive on the roadway. When CPR efforts on scene failed, shortly after they pronounced the pedestrian deceased at the scene.
The motorist in the gray Chrysler Town & Country minivan involved in the incident remained on the scene and was cooperating with investigators. There was another vehicle that hit the pedestrian reported they stopped at the next offramp. This incident is currently under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Barstow Office.
