Pickup Truck Pulling Trailer Jackknifes In The Cajon Pass Wednesday Night Caused Traffic Delay

CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A pickup truck with a trailer attached lost control on southbound Interstate 15 and jackknifed.

California Highway Patrol responded to the single-vehicle crash involving a white Ford F-250 pickup truck pulling a trailer full of building materials. The crash took place about 6:52pm September 21, 2022 on southbound I15 just before the truck escape ramp.

CHP said the truck pulling a trailer lost control hit the center divider and the trailer ended up jackknifed. The crash blocked the two left lanes of the freeway. Traffic was stop for about 30 minutes to clear the vehicle and debris from the scene.

No injuries were reported.
