ADELANTO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A car hits a telephone cable trying to avoid a crash on the corner of Highway 395 and Mojave Drive in Adelanto Sunday morning.
San Bernardino County Sheriff and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic crash involving a white Honda Accord that hit the guy wire, a sliver Nissan Sentra with front end damage and an unknown vehicle with rear-end damage. The crash took place about 8:24am September 25, 2022 on the corner of Hwy 395 and Mojave Drive in Adelanto.
Rescue crews arrived on scene and reported they needed a electrical crews at the scene. Some customers were without power for a few hours. The guy wire is designed to keep the power pole stable.
