OAK HILLS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A lane of Interstate 15 was closed due to a crash of an overturned trailer which caused a traffic delay for morning commuters.

According to the California Highway Patrol the incident happened at about 4:37am, on Tuesday October 4, 2022. It was located just after Oak Hill Road exit on southbound I-15 in the slow lane.

For reasons still unknown, the second set of the pneumatic dry bulk tanker trailer overturned on its side.

This incident resulted in a major traffic jam that delayed commuters for hours. Traffic was backed up for several miles on southbound I-15 Tuesday morning.

Lanes were reopened at about 7:40am with no injuries that were reported and the cause of the accident is under investigation by the Victorville California Highway Patrol Office.
