Disabled Big Rig Broke Down On Northbound Interstate 15 In The Cajon Pass Wednesday Night

CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Traffic on northbound Interstate 15 was backed up for miles Wednesday night after a big rig became disabled in traffic lanes.

California Highway Patrol and a tow truck responded to the disabled big rig that was reported to be blocking the 3 right lanes at about 5:45pm on northbound Interstate 15 just after Kenwood Avenue exit on Wednesday December 7, 2022.

It is not clear why, but the CHP traffic log stated the big rig was blocking multiple lanes. A little after 6:30pm a tow truck was able to move the big rig and trailer out of the traffic lanes. Traffic was backed up about 4 miles.
