BAKER, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> California Highway Patrol reports one person is injured after a single-vehicle rollover accident Saturday afternoon.
CHP and San Bernardino Fire Department received calls of a rollover collision on southbound Interstate 15 at the Baker Boulevard offramp. The crash happened at about 4:16pm Saturday on December 17, 2022.
The vehicle involved in the crash was a gold Ford Expedition was reportedly traveling on northbound I-15. The driver lost control, went into the center divider and rolled over multiple times landed on its wheels on the southbound side of the freeway.
Rescue crews requested a medical helicopter to transported the driver. The helicopter was cancel and the driver was transported by a ground ambulances to a nearby trauma hospital with a head injury.
We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Inland Office.
