HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A GoFundMe has been set up to support the family of Adair Ramirez, who died in a rollover crash Friday.
The GoFundMe fundraiser went live on Saturday. It was set up by Jessica Montenegro.
The crash happened at about 2:30am Friday March 17, 2023. The location was on northbound Interstate 15 at the Joshua Street bridge over I-15. California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the rollover crash.
For reasons still under investigation, his car veered off the freeway towards right shoulder. The car entered the drainage ditch collided into the concrete support beam for the Joshua Street overcrossing. This cause the car to overturn a number of times, came to rest on its roof within the shoulder of the freeway. According to the California Highway Patrol said.
Firefighters rendered aid to Adair in the driver seat. Firefighters extricated him from the vehicle but sadly the Adair succumbed to his injuries sustained in the collision.
