VICTOR VALLEY, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A High Wind Warning for Tuesday morning March 21, 2023 thought Wednesday night. A Strong Storm Event for the Victor Valley, Mojave Desert locations, and the mountains from the top of the Cajon Pass to Las Vegas area.

Southern California Weather Force Weather Service has issued a HIGH WIND WARNING for Victor Valley area like Apple Valley, Hesperia, and Victorville will have 60-70+ mph. Parts of the Barstow area will have 50-60+ mph winds. Lucerne Valley area will have 60-70+ mph winds. Mountains will have gust 60 to 70+ mph. Max wind gust will be 85+ mph.

Wind intensity level maps (8 is the strongest gust 90+ mph to a 1 is 10 mph.)

Hazardous driving conditions are possible, especially on the 15 freeway from the top of the Cajon Pass to the Las Vegas area due to blowing dust.

Damaging wind gusts could and will blow down trees and power lines.

Those in the wind areas should secure loose items including trash cans, BBQ, trampoline, patio furniture so they don’t blown away, get damaged, or cause damage to themselves.
