BARSTOW, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A 41-year-old Barstow man killed in a rollover crash on Interstate 15 near Lenwood Road Sunday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol’s Traffic Log Report, the incident happened around 8:46pm on Sunday July 16, 2023. The man was driving a sliver Jeep Cherokee on northbound on Interstate 15 just before Lenwood Road exit when he veered, lost control, and rolled over into the center divider.
A witness stated there was a white/black unknown Jeep that didn’t have rear lights on in front of the sliver Jeep prior to him losing control.
The 41-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene. His identity will be withheld pending next of kin notification
A passing black Honda Civic hit a tire that fall off from the Jeep and had major damage to their vehicle.
