The accident happened about 2:35pm November 29, 2023, on the northbound I-15, between the D Street and E Street exits.
For reasons still unknown, the white Chevrolet Silverado pickup crashed into the guardrail along the right-shoulder causing both the truck and trailer to overturn blocking the middle and slow lane with traffic backup for miles.
According to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Log stated, multiple vehicles stopped to assist in getting the male driver out of the truck. He was reported to of sustained a cut to his head.
We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Victorville Office.
