CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Motorcycle rider was seriously injured Monday afternoon following a motorcycle crash on Interstate 15. (Photo above is credit by Jon Algood.)
The California Highway Patrol says the collision happened about 12:51pm on northbound I-15 about two miles after Highway 138 exit, involving a motorcyclist on a super sports bike and a white BMW sedan.
The rider was ejected from the bike. The rider was laying in the traffic lanes. CHP traffic log stated the rider was able to crawl to the center divider of the freeway. Rescue crews arrived on scene, and transported the rider to a local trauma center with moderate to serious condition.
The vehicle that hit the motorcyclist did stop at the scene and was not injured.
