California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department were called to the crash scene on Saturday about 9:39am February 3, 2024. The crash scene was on northbound Interstate 15 about three mile before the town of Baker.

According to CHP Traffic Log, the white pickup truck looks to be a Ford F-250 towing a box trailer involved in the a rollover crash. Skid marks showed that the vehicle went into the right shoulder and rolled at least once, landing on its roof in traffic lanes. The trailer became detached from the truck and landed off the roadway.

While the driver sustained minor injuries, the vehicle and trailer suffered significant damage.

We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Barstow Office.
