Officials with the California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department said that they were dispatched to northbound Interstate 15 about two mile after Afton Road exit on a report of a possible road rage incident rollover crash on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 about 12:49pm.

According to rescue personnel, the pickup truck involved rolled upon impact and ejected the occupant who deceased on scene. The pickup truck looks to be a mid 2000’s Chevrolet Silverado or a GMC Sierra unknown dark color.

The other occupant in the pickup truck was transported to a nearby hospital in unknown condition.

Officials said that northbound side would be closed until at least 5pm, while they investigated the scene of the crash.
