VICTORVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A man killed after being hit by a car while trying to cross Interstate 15 on Thursday morning, according to California Highway Patrol.
The deadly crash occurred about 2:36am on Thursday February 22, 2024, according to the CHP traffic log.
The pedestrian has been ID as Iaan Michael Lee, 49, a resident of Victorville, was killed in a pedestrian accident last Thursday on Interstate 15 Freeway at the Roy Rogers Drive off ramp in the city of Victorville.
CHP officials reported a driver in a gray Kia Stinger sedan hit Lee and called 911. The driver did remain on and near the scene for questioning.
This incident is currently under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Victorville Office.
