CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A Cold Inside Slider Storm system will be moving into Southern California on Friday night through Saturday with rain/snow showers. According to Southern California Weather Force the heaviest rainfall and snowfall will be on Saturday.

The snow level will start high around 7,000 feet then drop to 5,000 feet Saturday night into Sunday morning. The top of the Cajon Pass is 4,000 feet. This storm should not closed the pass.

The Cajon Pass could get about a 1 to 2+ of a inches of rain total. The IE could get about ½ to 1+ inches of rain total

The high desert cities could get about less than ½ inch of rain total. Strong gusty winds from Thursday through Sunday.

Wrightwood area could get less than ½ inch of rain total and about a 1 of inch to 3+ inches of snow total. The snow-level looks to be around 7,000 feet for the most part, snow-flakes possible down to 5,000 feet but non-sticking on Sunday morning.

Cajon Pass Interstate 15. Expect traffic due to the weather condition. Remember to SLOW DOWN in the rain and fog.
