MOUNTAIN PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A 54-year-old man was killed in a multiple-vehicle crash near Stateline on Interstate 15 early Friday morning. (Photo above is credit by Jessica Kirkpatrick)
California Highway Patrol, firefighters from both San Bernardino County Fire Department, and Clark County Fire Department were called to the crash scene on Friday about 2:11am March 8, 2024. The crash scene was on northbound I-15 about four miles away from Stateline Primm, Nevada.
The vehicles involved in the collision were a white Volkswagen Jetta with minor damage to the sedan, a sliver Lexus sedan unknown model with major rear-end/roof damage, and a semi tractor trailer with damage to the rear of the trailer.
Sadly, Raymond Charles Taylor the driver of the Lexus succumbed to his injuries sustained in the collision. Taylor, a 54-year-old resident of Los Angeles.
We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Victorville Office.
