BAKER, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Two people were killed after rear-ending an tour bus on northbound Interstate 15, according to the California Highway Patrol. (Photo above is credit by Angel Giron)

The collision occurred about 1:06pm on Friday April 5, 2024. The crash location was near the end of Baker Boulevard exit on northbound I-15. CHP and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department were called to the crash scene.

The vehicles involved were a white/silver tour bus with major rear-end damage and a white Dodge Ram pickup truck with major front-end damage.

Both vehicles were blocking the slow lane.

First responders arrived at the scene and pronounced one person deceased inside the Dodge. One person was serious injured. One person was rush by ground ambulance to University Medical Center of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas where they were pronounced deceased at the hospital.

Its unknown what happened both vehicles were reportedly traveling at freeway speeds. Maybe a medical emergency for the driver of the pickup truck.
