CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A driver lost control of their vehicle, striking a semi tractor-trailer and a passing vehicle in the Cajon Pass Friday night. (Photo above is credit by Jessica Medina)
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on northbound Interstate 15 just before the Highway 138 exit, shortly after 8pm Friday April 26, 2024.
It was reported the driver of a black Ford sedan was traveling in the center divider at high speeds abruptly changed lanes, clip a white SUV, and lost control of their vehicle. The driver struck a passing semi tractor trailer and became disabled in the #2 lane.
No injuries were reported in this incident.
Driver of the Ford was reported to be in custody by CHP officers, its unknown why at this time.
