Zzyzx, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> San Bernardino County Coroner has identified a 25-year-old passenger killed in an early morning single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 15.
The crash happened at about 2:33am Saturday April 20, 2024. The location of the collision was on northbound Interstate 15 at the Zzyzx Road exit. California Highway Patrol and the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to a rollover crash involving an unknown make or model vehicle.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the solo vehicle was traveling on northbound I-15 when the driver lost control for unknown reason and rolled over multiple times.
Dajae Johnson, a 25-year-old resident of Spring Valley, California, was a passenger traveling in rear-seat of the vehicle. The passenger was reported to be ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The other people inside the vehicle and their injuries were reported.
Other factors contributing to the crash were not immediately clear as the investigation is ongoing.
