HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> An overturned semi carrying fruit jammed the Thursday morning commute, according to the California Highway Patrol. (Photo above is credit by Coquio Gnz.)
The crash was reported at about 1:41am June 13, 2024, on northbound Interstate 15 just before the Main Street exit. The semi tractor-trailer was full of fruit on pallets.
For reasons still under investigation, the semi driver veered off the right shoulder of the freeway into the drainage ditch and overturned.
No injuries were reported.
The slow lane was blocked for over 10 hours, as they pickup the cargo and semi tractor-trailer. Traffic was backed up for miles during the morning commute.
