California Highway Patrol, and San Bernardino County Fire Department were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash about 3:54am on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. The crash was located on southbound Interstate 15 just before the truck escape ramp or about two miles before the Highway 138 exit.

The vehicles involved were a white Ford F-150 pickup truck, black Honda Accord, Gold Toyota Carmy and a silver Subaru Impreza. It was mentioned that the three sedans had major damage to their vehicles.

Rescue crews arrived on scene, and reportedly transported one person by ground ambulance with unknown injuries.

Traffic was stopped for about 15 minutes while they removed vehicles out of the traffic lanes.

We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Inland Office.
