VICTORVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A bicyclist was struck and killed on Highway 395 in Victorville on Tuesday night.
According to the Victorville Police Department, a male bicyclist was traveling Highway 395 / Luna Road, when he was struck by a mini-van. The incident occurred just before 9pm on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
Officers along with Victorville Fire Department and American Medical Response responded to Highway 395 and to the area Luna Road for a traffic accident involving a bicyclist. Upon arrival, it was determined that a grey Honda Odyssey mini-van struck a bicyclist in the roadway.
The adult male bicyclist, sustained major injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Victorville Major Accident Investigation Team was on scene and assumed the investigation.
The driver of the grey Honda did remain at the scene.
Victorville PD had a closure was in place on Northbound Highway 395, between Luna Road and Dos Palmas Road, during the investigation and was reopened right before midnight.
