HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A major crash involving multiple vehicles left one seriously injured on northbound Interstate 15 Freeway Tuesday afternoon.
The incident happened shortly just before 3pm on April 15, 2025. The vehicles involved in the collision were a white semi-truck pulling an orange trailer, white box truck and a white Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck.
Firefighters from Victorville arrived within minutes of receiving a report of the multi-vehicle crash on the 15 freeway. After getting to the scene, they found the white box truck with major front-end damage and a pickup truck in the ditch. The semi tractor-trailer had major rear-end damage.
Crews worked to free a box truck driver that was trapped inside, who sustained serious injuries and was airlifted by Mercy Air #2 to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, according to officials.
The driver of the Chevy was transported by ground ambulance with unknown injuries.
The driver semi was unharmed and did not require treatment.
