CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> SUV catches on fire in middle of the busy Cajon Pass 15 Freeway.
A gray Dodge Durango that caught on fire at approximately 5:33pm Monday, May 19, 2025 and caused two lane closure on northbound Interstate 15 about a mile after the Highway 138 exit.
Firefighters were on scene and extinguish the flames before the flames hit the nearby vegetation.
By 7pm the scene had cleared and the lanes were reopened.
No injuries were reported. The SUV was a total lost.
