FONTANA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The San Bernardino County Fire Department quickly extinguished a vehicle on fire Thursday on northbound Interstate 15.
Crew members quickly extinguished the white 4 door sedan on fire about 5:38pm on May 29, 2025, the sedan stop just before the Glen Helen Parkway exit. The sedan was saved, just fire damage to the engine compartment.
The slow lane was closed for about 30 minutes to fight the flames.
Officials said there are no reported injuries.
No additional information about the fire has been released at this time.
