BAKER, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Three people were airlifted from a two-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 15 on Thursday night.

The crash occurred on southbound I-15 near the Halloran Springs Road exit around 11:07pm June 12, 2025. California Highway Patrol said a vehicle rolled over multiple time, hit a passing vehicle, then landed in the traffic lanes.

According to San Bernardino County Fire, three people were serious injured and required to be flown by medical helicopters to a local trauma center.

Southbound was closed during the duration of the crash to allow the helicopters to land on the roadway. Mercy Air #22, Reach Air Medical #13, and Reach Air Medical #43 airlifted everyone from the vehicle to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas. Their ages and other information about them was not available at this time.

No word yet on what led to the crash. We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Barstow Office.
