CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Crews pulled a Tesla Cyber Truck out of a embankment after a driver lost control and crashed Sunday morning in the Cajon Pass.
The incident happened about 3:45am July 20, 2025, Sunday on the northbound 15 Freeway about two miles after the Highway 138 exit in the center divider, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP says it’s still unclear what exactly happened, but added only one vehicle was involved.
The truck hit the guardrail and went over, then landed about 50 feet down the embankment in the center divider.
The driver was the only person inside the vehicle. He wasn’t hurt, CHP said.
