CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Male driver lost control of his pickup truck on Interstate 15 near the Kenwood Avenue exit Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened on northbound I-15 freeway about a mile after the Kenwood Ave exit on August 3, 2025, about 4:53pm Sunday afternoon.
It’s not clear how the driver of the dark blue Toyota Tacoma pickup truck lost control, hit the center divider wall. The contact with the wall might have possibly ejected the driver from the pickup truck.
When California Highway Patrol arrived on the scene the driver was laying on the ground in the center divider.
The driver was transported by ambulance with unknown injuries to a local hospital.
We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Inland Office.
