RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> One person was killed in a violent collision with a semi tractor-trailer on the 15 freeway Tuesday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash took place at around 10:12pm Tuesday on the middle lane of southbound Interstate 15 just before Foothill Boulevard exit.
First responders found a heavily damaged silver sedan possibly a Toyota Carmy that was jammed partially underneath the back of the semi-trailer. Two other vehicles were in involved in the collision.
One person was pronounced deceased at the scene. Another people involved in the collision were uninjured.
Traffic was affected in the area for several hours.
It was unclear what prompted the crash. The driver has not yet been identified.
