PHELAN, CA. (Pain In The Pass) A woman who was killed in single vehicle rollover crash on Highway 138 Saturday afternoon has been identified.
According to the San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office, Vickie Y. Presely, 63, of Menifee succumbed to her injuries in a solo vehicle rollover crash on Hwy 138 near Rancho De La Garto Road about 2:49pm on September 6, 2025.
Initial reports indicated Presely’s red Chevrolet Corvette after she lost control on a bend in the road, overturned at least two times ejecting her from her car. The car came to a rest on its roof about 100 feet from the highway.
Presely was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash.
