HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> One person was unable to escape and was tragically killed in the fire late Friday morning in Hesperia.
The call came in just after 11am on October 3, 2025, at a location on Summit Valley Road between Telephone Canyon Rd and Old Dump Rd.
Firefighters found at least one vehicle a RV travel trailer fully engulfed in flames, and the fire then spread to neighboring vehicles, Conex storage containers, debris piles and nearby brush.
Once fire crews were able to knock down the fire, in the initial search of the trailer, they discovered that there was a victim inside. An adult female deceased at the scene.
San Bernardino County Sheriff Department will take over the investigation.
