SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The pedestrian reportedly ran around on the 15 freeway Monday morning and was struck by at least one vehicle, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At around 7am on December 1, 2025, on southbound Interstate 15 the Glen Helen Parkway exit. CHP received multiple reports that the Hispanic male adult pedestrian running around traffic lanes trying to stop oncoming vehicles.
He was hit by a white Nissan Frontier pickup truck laying in the #2 lane.
was lying in the traffic lanes. Preliminary investigations indicate that the pedestrian ran into lanes of traffic and was struck by a white Nissan Frontier pickup truck after the initial impact, the pedestrian was lying down on the freeway.
About a minute later the pedestrian able to get up and appeared to be injured holding his hand in the air walking around holdup traffic.
At that time, he also threw a 2×4 towards northbound lanes and hit a passing Dodge Ram pickup truck.
CHP officers were able to detain him and probably was taken to a nearby hospital.
